๐ Welcome to the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Course
Welcome! In this course, we will prepare you for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Exam (CLF-C02). This certification is foundational but challenging, and itโs an excellent starting point for anyone interested in cloud computing and AWS.
Even if you donโt have an IT background, donโt worry โ this course is designed to explain everything clearly from the basics.
๐ฏ Course Overview
This course covers over 40 AWS services out of the 200+ available in AWS.
Youโll learn by doing hands-on exercises, which is a key part of our learning methodology.
We will mix theory lectures with practical exercises, where you can follow along by creating your own AWS account and reproducing what you see on screen.
By the end of this course, you will be well-prepared for the Cloud Practitioner exam and confident with the core AWS services.

});๐ Your AWS Certification Journey
AWS certifications come in four tiers:
Tier | Level |
|---|---|
๐ฆ Foundational | โผ๏ธ Entry-level โ you are here |
๐ฉ Associate | Intermediate |
๐ช Professional | Advanced |
๐ง Specialty | Role-specific |

This course covers Cloud Practitioner โ the Foundational tier, and your first step on this path. Once you're through it, Codeveda also has courses for the Associate, Professional, and Specialty certifications if you want to go further.
๐ฐ Course Cost and AWS Credits
When you create an AWS account, you typically receive $100 of free credits, which can increase up to $200 after completing specific actions.
Important: Using AWS resources is not entirely free. Any costs incurred are deducted from your free credits.
If you exceed the free credit limit, AWS may close your account. You can move to a paid plan by adding your credit card, but following the course carefully should keep you within the free limits.
Bottom line: The course is safe to follow along, and you shouldnโt encounter unexpected charges if you adhere to the instructions.
๐ Summary
This course prepares you for AWS Cloud Practitioner Exam (CLF-C02).
You will cover 40+ essential AWS services, including Storage Gateway, Database Migration Service, and EC2.
Hands-on practice is key โ youโll follow along in your own AWS account.
AWS provides free credits to experiment, keeping the learning cost minimal.
By the end, you will be ready to pass the foundational AWS certification and have a strong base for further AWS learning.
