At CodeVeda, we value your satisfaction with our courses, quizzes, and other digital products. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are provided.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of the purchase date.
• Only purchases of our courses, quizzes, or any other digital product are eligible.
• Refunds will not be processed for requests made after the 3-day period.
• Refund will be not processed if you have already completed the course, quiz or obtained the certificate.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Send an email to codeveda.dev@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: "Refund Requested".
3. In your email, include:
   • Your full name
   • The purchase date
   • The product name (course, quiz, or other)
   • The purchase details (from the confirmation email you received after buying the product)

Processing Time

• Once we receive your request, we will verify the details.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Requests made after 3 days from the purchase date.
• Incomplete refund requests without proper purchase details.
• Refund requests for products obtained via discounts, free access, or promotional offers.
