Part 1 – Node.js Basics

• 🌱 Small starter project covering Node.js fundamentals.

Part 2 – Backend & Node.js Fundamentals

• ⚙️ Theory + coding on how Node.js works internally.

Part 3 – Natours API

• 🚀 Express, MongoDB, Mongoose.

• 🛣️ Routing, CRUD operations, data modeling, geospatial data.

• 🏗️ MVC architecture.

• 🔐 JWT authentication, authorization, security, error handling.

Part 4 – Natours Website

• 🖥️ Server-side rendering with PUG templates.

• 🔗 API built first, website built after (data logic already in place by then).

• 💳 Stripe payments, file uploads, sending emails.

• ☁️ Deployment to production with Heroku.

💡 Natours project = same data, two outputs: a REST API + a server-rendered website.

• 💻 Code along with each lesson.

• 🧩 Some lessons include challenges to attempt independently.

• 📝 Note-taking encouraged to retain content.

• 📚 Recommended to go through sections in order, start to finish.
